It is a production, a journey and – especially here at Klausmeisterhof – a deep immersion into the art of performance. As hosts at WANDL, we had the privilege of witnessing numerous selected professionals from all over the world make the pilgrimage to the Bavarian Alps to hone their voices and presence.

Set against the natural backdrop of the Alps, far removed from the dreary everyday conference routine, the summit provided the perfect location for effective speaker training and authentic performance. WANDL became a safe haven for courageous voices. While the Speakery Method provided the common thread from strategy to stage performance, our natural location provided the space for creative development that makes effective speaker coaching possible in the first place.
